However, this policy will only apply to licensed and registered gambling establishments. The policy also states that any gambling venue that is not licensed by the commission will be deemed unlicensed and will be subject to stricter regulation and penalties. With this latest development in the area of online gambling in Malaysia, it can no longer be denied that there is illegal gambling in the country.
